I submitted a report to Unity regarding a verification issue, and it’s now been 4 days with no response.

As you can see, the page says: “Verification unavailable — We weren't able to complete your verification after 3 attempts. Please contact support to continue with withdrawals.”

I contacted support, but I still haven't received any meaningful response or update.

It’s frustrating when you’re unable to access your incentives/withdrawals because of a verification issue, and support takes days without providing any feedback.

Has anyone else experienced this with Unity? How long did it take for Unity Support to respond to your report?

Unity really needs to improve its support and feedback system.
