Does anyone know if Mayu was still possessed by Sae during that ending. Side noteI live in Canada, and North America never got Deep Crimsion , but I watched the ending on YouTube.

So I've had this buring question after reading this supposed statement from the director about the Abssy ending." About an added scene that was scrapped

I wanted to leave a sort of lingering suggestiveness - was it Mayu that Mio saved? Was it really Sae? Or were they still melded together, even after she thought they had been torn apart? In regards to this point, I honestly don't think we pulled it off very well. This was a regret of mine, so for Deep Crimson Butterfly, I came up with the idea of having a scene showing Mio's anxieties play after the credits if you met certain difficult prerequisites. However, the scene itself ended up feeling redundant, and I thought it was better for us to go all in on the performance of Mayu's final smile instead." So my question is this was that actually Mayu in the finale scene of the Abssy ending, or was it Sae , or was it Mayu still possessed by Sae? I'd really love to know.

So I saw part of an interview. I can't remember what channel did with Gennedy, and Gennedy claimed he didn't like horror ,or being scared. What the hell was Plague of Madness, then Gennedy.

So, thoughts on Mayu's character evil, tragic victim, or somewhere in the middle.?

Find it funny when Spear and Fang start yelling back and forth at each other. My favorite one was when they were at sea in Season 2

Might sound like a weird question , but how do you guys think things would have played out if Fang ,or Mira came back as a zombie instead of Spear.
