I’ve been getting DMs asking how I learned English to this level, so let me give you some background. I already mentioned it in the video, but I have plenty of native friends I’ve been playing online games with for years.
The main thing though: my grandma worked in the US Army. In my country there’s a US Army base it’s forbidden for non-US citizens to enter, but since my grandma dedicated years to it, I used to spend a lot of time there growing up.
As long as I can remember, I’ve been listening to Eminem. I still remember listening to “White America” on my Walkman when I was probably 10 or 11
There’s no magic trick to it, and there are tons of better learners than me. Thanks for your attention.
