I had ear surgery at the VA hospital back in December. They fixed one problem in my left ear but they broke my right. It feels like I have constant pressure in it like taking off in an airplane.

I did everything by the book and this past Monday my 1151 claim was denied they deemed it not service connected. I think it is since the VA doctors cause the problem. I have reached out to an attorney for assistance with this and maybe I am just anxious but I haven’t heard back from them yet.

Any suggestions on how to get this corrected and get the rating it deserves? Or am I screwed with this ear problem for the rest of my life and won’t be able to anything about it.

I did the C&P, audiologist appointment, and reported it at the follow up in January.

Advice would be very helpful.
