Essentially I am looking to upgrade my interface. Currently I own a focusrite solo 3rd gen and I am looking at going either with a Audient ID4 mkII or a UA Apollo. My current preamp is a DBX 286s so I’m not worried about the preamps, my main focus is the converters for playback. My Focusrite sounds like hot garbage when I run my headphones through it for editing or live monitoring. I’m looking for something with high quality converters that can handle a line input. Thoughts or suggestions?
