Advice

I was looking for a dog to get for service training and my brother came out of nowhere and got me this mini Aussie. He came from a very strong line of show and championship dogs (I have certificates from his parents) and he seems very good. However, I’m very worried he is too friendly. He runs after my pet bunny if my bunny runs (thankfully hasn’t hurt him yet) and cries when left alone (only for a short amount of time)
On the positives- I took him to the vet and he has good health (no concerns)
- he is 8 weeks old and sleeps through the night (I only have to get up once or twice)
- he seems to understand no (ish?)
- I think he is eager to learn
Things I’m worried about
-he is afraid of my cats
-he goes upto strangers (ish)
-he nips-ish (but I think that’s because he’s a puppy?)
do you have any advice on things I need to do and expect? A trainer is coming next Wednesday but I was wondering what you guys think. I currently can’t afford the trainer but he said he’ll evaluate for free and let me know

Help

My rabbit somehow got into this fish food, that I’m guessing my roomate left out. I’m so terrified. I do not have the funds for an emergency vet as I was recently in a car crash. Will critical care help? I’m so terrified I have no idea how much there was but he ate all of it
