is applying early that worth it for rolling admissions if i have low SAT?

(for LECOM EAP) I took the June SAT as my first SAT and recieved my results today which were 1450. I expected it to be higher so I was planning to apply immedately after. I am taking July ACT. Should I wait meaning it would be submitted around august 1 with (hopefully) ~34 ACT or submit it within the next few days? i didnt study for sat or sleep the night before so i know i can do better on the ACT. I just want to know, is that one month gonna make a difference at all? also the month difference would change my healthcare volunteering hours from 200 to 300.

  • 3.89 uwGPA 4.3 wGPA
  • STEM governor's school attendee
  • 5 AP courses (+5 senior year/this summer)
  • Academic Team Captain (1st at regionals, 3rd at states, 1st team all region indivually)
  • HOSA founder, VP (11), Pres (12)
  • ~200 hours volunteering at local free clinic (triage and scribe)
  • ~100 hours shadowing primary care
  • Science Olympiad Anatomy, 1st at regionals, state qualifier
  • design editor of threepeat state champ winning yearbook
  • Completed three research projects, earned 2nd in school, 2nd at regionals, 3rd in school (it is a research based school so this is actually competitive).
  • Varsity Swim 8,9,11,12
  • Varsity Volleyball 9,10,11
  • Travel Volleyball 9,10,11,12
  • Statewide Organizer & state Communications director for national grassroots movement 10,11,12
  • chess club 11, pres 12
  • built web game (still in progress but i should be done by then)
