It had characters from Tsukihime as well as Fate Stay Night and played like a Fire Emblem Video game and was on pc. Was never released in the West but I know some people translated the game. I've played it at two points in my life but never finished the game and have since forgotten the name and no clue as where to find a download to try.

Edit: IT just dawned on me that it may not be an official game if that helps.
