Which Bridge side has the stronger “hook” - Training or Processing?

They both start out fairly innocuous in terms of mind control and altering thought and being. Training side is student hat, and processing is the purif.

Then TR’s are mandatory on both sides of the bridge. A large component of SRD is drilling and running processes for staggeringly large amounts of time. And training side requires pro TRs, then upper indoc which is more TRs before hitting the academy levels.

Just curious as to which side of the bridge carries more weight in getting and keeping the individual and altering their commitment levels to the church faster or on a deeper level.

Not sure I’ve worded this correctly. But just curious as to which side people are more likely to get hooked in on. Or whether it’s simply the TRs that open the door which is why it’s mandatory on both sides.
