Has anybody experience with AI supported largely automated selling of domains.

Are there sample prompts, tools or SaaS solutions for a workflow like this:

AI analyzes the domain

Owner connects DNS of domain to tool.

AI creates a website based on the analysis.

AI identifies prospects.

AI sets up email and drafts cold emails.

A human approves cold emails and sends them.

Human negotiates with potential buyers.

(Ideally this would help to sell domains quicker and for a higher price than simply waiting for offers with the SEDO landing page.)

Any recommendations on what I should use for my static website side project, either on a custom domain or on a subdirectory?

At first sight it seems Cloudflare drop is free and does everything tiinyhost and staticapp do if I claim my Cloudflare drop and add custom domain. Am I missing something?

(I'm a non technical user and the website will only have a few pages and not have massive traffic.)
