Im going into first year at MUS and i arrived in Bulgaria 2 days ago, so far im loving it. Transport is a bit tricky, google maps keeps giving me the wrong directions. The apartment im staying in is alright and the landlady and her husband are so lovely, im not going complain about the apartment being dirty because they are really old and frail plus this accommodation I got was last minute because the one I had planned to get the landlord said that he doesnt know if im going to pay, bruh im an international student I have money.

Anyway I was wondering where I cant get renter friendly floorboards and backsplashes as I sont like the ones here. Also when a car let's you cross the at a cross walk, do you guys like do a hand gesture to thank them, we do it all the time in Ireland and I've done it a few times here already. I just want to know if its common

Hey all, Im an Irish citizen and I've applied for two medical schools in Bulgaria; Plovdiv and Sofia. How are these schools like, also im scared to move by myself. My mother is making me get accommodation room for one person, I would've loved a roommate. Does anyone know if these schools have freshers.
