Short daily neck routine for desk posture, looking for a few people to try it
Mods, happy to take this down if it's the wrong vibe.
I've had forward head posture for years. What stuck wasn't one magic stretch, it was a few minutes a day of chin tucks (yes they've helped), upper back work and opening the chest. Sick of rebuilding it from YouTube, I made a short guided 30-day version for myself so I'd actually stick to it.
Looking for a few people with desk stiffness to try it and tell me what's useful or confusing (keen to get feedback).
Happy to share free access, just DM me.
