I don't feel great about his fit in this new car seat. He seems scrunched and his head seems forced forward uncomfortably. Do i need to return this seat?

My 4.5 month old is 25.5 inches tall and 19lbs. He's about to outgrow his chicco keyfit 30 which we've loved so we bought an Evenflo Revolve 360 Slim for our honda civic.

I've removed all additional optional padding per the revolve's manual (headrest and body padding) and adjusted the buckle so it does not wrap from under his bum as the manual states. I've tried to adjust the headrest so shoulder straps are at or just below the shoulders. Tilt is in the black as he is over 11lbs. The built-in headrest just seems so bulky!

Anything I'm doing wrong or could change for a better fit? Thank you!
