Hello! ever since i was small my father told me he lived near a apartment that was filled with Soviets back home in Cuba, and i was wondering if anyone knows why they were there, it just seemed very odd to me as to why they were there.
EDIT: for those who find this in the future, it turns out i had two audios and they were both echoing at the same time so it sounded oddly robotic. i fixed it by disabling one of the audios
hello! recently i've gotten a Sony CCD-TRV85 from Ebay and the audio on it on playback sounds normal until i decide to digitize it, i suspect it might be the capture device i use since the tape i used is brand new, i've tried changing some settings on OBS and nothing has made the robotic sound go away. although i want a second opinion before i buy another and return this one, if there are any other reasons as to why this is happening.
