5 year fixed wing A&P looking to move to rotor

Looking into moving away from fixed wing and into rotor, but I’ve noticed that every job requires 3 years on rotors. Other than army. HOW do you get that experience? And is my fixed wing experience just null and void?

Any info or advice would help. Thanks! Really wanting to do fire fighting aviation

Mobile setups for truck beds?

Need some tips for setting up a bed toolbox/ portable toolbox, that isn’t a giant pelican, looking for something I can mount in my truck bed.

Anyone have any tips?

UA FA’s starting hourly is possibly 38.88

Sorry. But if a FA can get sub 40’s for hourly rate (yes Ik it’s by their flight hour) we can get techs starting at least mid 50’s industry wide.

Stop accepting sub par pay and demand what you’re worth.
