


London Broil….
Been making jerky a lot lately, had a London broil that I was going to jerky up, but decided to marinate overnight and then smoke/reverse sear method on my Weber Searwood. Turned out alright for such a lean cut! Smoked at 225 until 110ish internal then seared off on gas grill for med-rare.
