Finally strung!

I finally was able to string the 1969 Ben Pearson (BP-H70-7359) that I found on FB marketplace last year. I restored the finish and replaced a limb tip ornamentation that was damaged.

This is a string I made, and it took me three tries to get the length right.

Shoots well, noisy as hell, but has a lot of power to it!

The slump

I am in a bit of a slump. I know I will work through it, but a few of my projects haven’t panned out exactly as I had hoped. I am on that precipice of skill, where I am about to gain more competency but I feel discouraged about it…? Any word of encouragement from the community?
