Flights to Atlanta

I need to book a flight from socal to atlanta for the end of may and everything is so expensive.

In your experience, do flights go down days before? Are one way v. Round trip better?

Any pointers are appreciated. I'm on a work budget so can't splurge 🫠

Eating out

What do you eat on those days you're hungrier than you expect by the time you're done with your workout and there's not much at home

What is your go to ?

I've been working out consistently for 2.5 months. My main goal has been to be consistent as I have struggled in the past with motivation. I also have a lot of responsibilities and don't have a lot of time in the am.

I have to work out in the am otherwise I get too much energy and don't sleep.

I can do Monday, Tuesday and Friday for 30 mins. Again, my main goal is consistency. I am a fat/plus size etc woman. I'm not trying to be smaller. Trying to be mobile and strong(er).

In 30 mins I usually get to do 3 exercises/ 3 rounds of 8-12 reps each and could use help coming up with a solid plan taking the days into consideration

These are the exercises I've enjoyed doing/want to keep doing

Lat pull downs

Leg press

Squats

Cable oblique twists

Cable core press (think this is what is called)

How can I divide these so that I get as full of a work out as I can. I was thinking something like Monday doing A, Tuesday B and Friday doing a combination of A&B so that I'm doing the same areas twice.

Ps. I know 45 mins or more would be ideal or different days but this is what I can do now and don't want to keep waiting for the perfect time bc there's no such a thing.

Ps 2. I also go on short walks during breaks sometimes, take yoga or a dance class once or twice a week.
