Check in - Help with RERAs

Hello, I posted 1-2 weeks ago, made a couple changes, and am back for a bit more assistance.

Background
Low AHI, high RDI case (AHI - 6.2, RDI - 30); 3 Weeks on APAP

Current Settings: Min - 8.4, Max - 12, EPR - 3

Mask: Resmed F40 Full Face
Machine: ResMed Airsense 11

I am finding it MUCH easier to breathe and fall asleep at the increased pressure compared to when I was at 4. Finding a mask has been difficult, but this current one is feeling promising. One of the large leaks though was just because it unclipped in my sleep. I have a toddler who wakes me up at night pretty regularly, but last night he didn't wake me at all so this is the cleanest data I have. My PCP is also fine with me making small adjustments to my pressures. I wont see a sleep med doc til October (They are all booked out, and my initial sleep study was a Lofta test)

I am wondering if Im still having a significant amount of RERA's? Im not sure. Also, should I increase the minimum pressure further, or stay at this level. Finally, is a full face mask or a nasal mask better for a case like mine? (potential UARS?)

SleepHQ Data

Hello, Im new (4 nights in) to having a CPAP (Resmed Airsense 11) and am working on it with my PCP, as it will take a few months for me to get into see sleep medicine

My Watchpat One test showed a low AHI (6.2) but a high RDI (30) so I know I have a lot of RERAs. However, the CPAP isn't registering any in OSCAR. Looking at my data, am I still having them but the machine isnt picking them up? Im a bit overwhelmed with what graph and pattern I should be looking for to spot RERA.

My settings are currently 4-20 and I know I should go up with that low pressure, but Im not sure where. I feel like I have to sometimes take a deep breath when Im falling asleep, and Im assuming thats because of the pressure being at 4?

Currently using a nasal mask (tho I have a full face mask coming to try), no EPR. I am still waking up frequently overnight, sometimes unprompted, sometimes from the baby monitor. The break in my data last night was because I was up with my toddler.

I’m getting my cpap soon (airsense 11) and wanted to know what masks people have had success with. I have a septum ring but want to avoid a full face mask for sensory reasons. I sleep on my side and flip between my two sides regularly when I sleep. I know there will be some trial and error but I’d like to start out with some that can work for my piercing.

Which masks have people with septum rings liked?
