What kind of treatment does this require? On underside of leaves. This plant is in front of a very sunny window and is watered with tap water once every week. My mom has cuttings of this plant that do not have the same white spots, which we have just rooted and planted so this is a semi recent discovery for the mama plant.

Posting for my mom who also isn’t sure what kind of plant this is. Any help is much appreciated!!
