4 rows short?

I picked up this kit from Amazon and I'm running across a problem the pattern has about 68 rows down but the pillowcase only counts 66 I have no idea how to solve this do I delete rows and columns? I really don't want to end up with a crooked image on the pillow lol

New here but need help

I picked this latch hook kit (jp coats regatta I had to use Google to identify it) at goodwill however it didn't come with a box and I think it has all the yarn? Just no paper guide does anyone here have this one and can provide me with a scan?
