Just washed the last 2 hours trying to making a shelf by using the current tile and gluing two pieces and doing a miter piece at the end. Yeah. That wasn’t happening. Now what’s my option? Thought about those engineered marble sills? Can those be cut with the cutter wheel?
I just realized that I made it flush and it just occurred to me that maybe I am supposed to have space for silicone or epoxy grout? I need be, I can still grind it down. I am going with the thin trim profile.
Height is about 76.25” with 1/16th grout and 1/8th top and bottom for silicone. I should have 5 full tiles and 15” left over. Should I split it evenly between top and bottom or give bottom a larger part? Or any other suggestion? Will have a niche. Gonna go super tall. Probably 29” with a shelf on the middle.

I'm about to start a bathroom renovation and am planning on using epoxy grout. The idea of wanting the grout to be even with the tile itself just came to me, and now I’m wondering if that’s a thing because I can’t find any videos on it.
