I’m about to transfer to the US as a British uni student, studying at Binghamton. I’ve been in the Lake District my whole life, been up mountains since they could get boots small enough and am looking forward to hiking over the pond. As someone used to grade 2 scrambles and 1000m+ peaks, and with modest climbing ability what mountains would you guys recommend. Is it feasible to camp in the park and do multiple summits over a few days?
