Overtime can tattoos so close to the bone cause them to thicken, or grow?

I apologize if this is a dumb question. I have bad body dysmorphia and I’m just trying to soothe a maybe irrational thought. I have doll joint tattoos that cover both knees 360 degrees. The first year I noticed my skin was more flabby, and then this year I noticed it feels a bit more bony. I’m 21 turning 22 this year and I got these done in March 2024 when I was 19. Is it possible that the tattoos affected my joints so much that it cause my bones to grow? I apologize again for this question. Maybe it’s the way I sit and walk now, but it just feels more bulkier and heavy when I walk now I think.
