Need help with a fresh account - scaling - posting - eventual chatting - is anyone interested?

I’m new to this area and have a fresh account with 0 followers currently that went live yesterday. I need someone who is used to scaling accounts and understands the full process with marketing, chatting, subscriptions etc.
I’m not sure if this is the right place for it but does this interest anyone? You would be compensated generously from the sales and subscriptions although would need to put in the groundwork to get the account making money (alongside me too).
I also have a TikTok influencer - also a fresh account - that will need daily posting and chatting, linking to TikTok shop etc.
I can pay $7 p/h and with 18% commission on any sales from TikTok shop, subscriptions, chats.

Thanks so much

New rescue - advice needed

Got this girl yesterday. We saved her from a traveller camp. She’s in bad shape (skinny, scabby bleeding tail- we suspect from boredom biting due to being locked up, couple of teeth missing, dandruff, patchy fur) but nothing that can’t be sorted at home. She’s had a bath with probiotics and had her tail sprayed with antiseptic and bandaged up to stop blood smearing all over the house(!) and is doing great.

She’s settling in well, seems overall relaxed and content albeit a bit excited. She’s eating and drinking fine and was surprisingly really good on the lead. She even slept in bed with us and was really cuddly! She’s also getting on well with our 6yo Labrador who is the most chilled guy ever 🥰

Now our next issue to tackle is training. She’s around 2yo. She has been locked up all of her life in a stable. Never taken for walks. Never shown any love. She had never stepped foot inside a house until we got her yesterday. She isn’t house trained although we’ve only had one accident since she arrived yesterday evening. She has never had a name before, she doesn’t know how to sit or paw or even respond to calls. She will kind of run over if we shout but it’s not consistent.

I trained my lab from a puppy and he was easy as he had no engrained bad habits obviously as he was only 8 weeks old.

How do I begin to tackle this training with her?
Also any advice on feeding/getting her to a healthy weight?

She is my second dog ever and I’m not experienced with dogs aside from my lab who has turned out lovely, so well behaved and loving ❤️ but I know not every dog is like this straight away and we need to build the bond with her and it’ll get easier.

Any advice welcome please 🙏🏽
