I really messed up with my beautiful maidenhair

I was away and neglected to have my neighbor water it and now it’s got the dreaded crisping,

Do I need to cut everything off and start over? Will any of it come back?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Love everyone’s pictures of theirs- mine needs help

I’ve had this baby for a long time and made some cuttings from it that are doing well. I may not be waiting long enough between watering, or it may be that it needs repotting. The roots are coming out the bottom. Is that the main problem?

I put two plants together in one pot- I wonder if they are too crowded. In some ways, she seems to be doing very well, but some of the leaves are quite small and some have brown spots.

I keep her well watered and she gets indirect light that is pretty bright but not by a window. It’s an island in a large space with floor to ceiling glass on both sides.

Suggestions? Thanks in advance.
