hells itch in army basic training

Has anyone had hells itch in basic training? Or will they give you enough sunscreen where it won't be possible? If you have had it please comment.
I leave in about a month and I am terrified of getting it while i'm there

Mom woke me up in the middle of the night saying someone was in her bed

For context, it's just me and my mom that live in my house, my mom is extremely christian and never was one to believe in paranormal and is always a very serious women not startled easily, i'm not very christian but I don't really believe in that stuff.

Last night while I was watching a movie she screamed up the stairs at me to come help her, and I immediately thought she had hurt herself or something, when I get down there she says in the most serious and terrified tone i've ever heard her say "There's someone in my bed", I went and grabbed a knife and checked and there was nothing, not anywhere in her room or in the house. I first thought that it could be sleep paralysis, but she's an educated women and would know, or atleast make an educated guess that is what was happening to her, I would never think her one to scream up the stairs for me to help her.

I'll admit i'm pretty spooked by it as i've definetly had some weird things happen, once again I don't really believe in the paranormal, but i've heard a lot of weird sounds, like tapping on my walls from other rooms and when I go to check there's nothing in there at all, weird feelings like being watched when there should otherwise be no reason to feel like that, items go missing sometimes when I know I put it in a specific spot, only for days later it to wind up in they exact same spot somehow, and doors being open when they should be closed (bedroom door wide open when I wake up in the morning.

Really just wondering if people here think there's something more going on, or a classic case of sleep paralyis
