Do shops let you bring your own wraps?

I like blunts and I use zig zag cigar rolling papers but I can break up cigar if needed. I was planning on bringing some wraps. Maybe they sell cigars in the shops?

Texas growers

I'm watering these ladies almost every day because they're wilted at dusk. There in 5 lb pots but do you think I need to get bigger ones because they're dehydrating? I'm fertilizing twice a week, all organic. This is at 5:20 today
