Do open source contributions improve chances of getting hired at red hat?
I have 16 years of software engineering experience in infra at FAANG. I never contributed to open source. I want to apply for principal software engineer at red hat . Do I need to build my open source credibility on important repos like k8s to boost my chances of getting hired at red hat?
