CFI looking for advice on breaking into the PC-12 world

Hey everyone,

I'm currently a CFI in North Carolina with a little over 950 hours total time, 650+ hours of dual given, around 60 hours multi, and experience with TAA equipped with Garmin avionics.

Long-term, I'd like to go to the airlines, but I've got a minimum of 2 years before that happens. I'd love to fly on the PC-12 until then. I've always been drawn to the aircraft because of its versatility and the type of operations it supports.

I've started applying to operators and networking with pilots, but I'm curious to hear from those who currently fly (or have flown) the PC-12:

* What path got you there?

* What experience made you competitive?

* Is there anything you wish you had done differently while building time?

* Are there any qualifications, endorsements, or experiences that helped you stand out?

I'm not necessarily looking for shortcuts. I'm more interested in understanding what successful PC-12 pilots did before they got their first opportunity.

Thanks in advance for any insight.
