As the title states, I had about a month of garnishments before I was able to file, I was under the assumption that I would only get garnishments returned for payments taken after I filed. I received my pay and noticed my employer returned every cent taken even before the bankruptcy was filed. Do I mention this to my lawyer ? Did someone at my job mess up?
