Sonarr Refuses to Atomic Move Files

I use usenet for TV shows. NZBGet and Sonarr, both are on Docker containers on a brand new Synology 425+. The entire file system is on the same Synology. My issue is when NZBGet downloads the show and then Sonarr copies the files from the NZBGet download folder to the Plex media folder, I am unable to have that done with an atomic transfer or a hardlink. My CPU goes to 100% but 60-70% is from I/O Wait from the slow file moving. I have tried EVERYTHING I can find.

-Updated my file structure to what TRaSH-Guides recommends. Source and destination in the same shared folder, off the same root folder, and mapped exactly how the guide recommends.

-I have one user that runs all of my containers specified in the Docker compose along with UMASK-002 for all of my *Arr applications including NZBGet.

-That user has full read/write access to my source and destination folders.

-My Sonarr and NZBGet apps are configured with the directory mappings that TRaSH-Guides specifies and hardlinks are enabled in Sonarr.

-I have verifed that the files that are copied do have the right username as their owner.

-In my Sonarr logs, it also still shows the file transfer as "move" and not "hardlink."

I'd love some help here.
