I have 29 panels on the north facing side of the roof. It's working for us but as winter approaches the sun is lower and it's obscured by tall trees so we only get full solar at about midday (rimu and totara... Not cutting them).

Our garage roof is in sun all day, so was thinking of a cheap way of having about 4 panels up there.

I was reading about the European plug in systems. Will they get over here? Haven't seen anything yet.
