I made over 100 espressos at a coffee pop up with my modded Silvia. AMA.
We done two pop ups this summer at a local event to support youth sports. We had two machines going and served 150 and 200 espresso based coffees at each event. My modified Silvia did about half the drinks, but it may have been more. As me anything.
