Hello! We’re looking to fill a room in our Teele sq apartment beginning in September for a year lease.
The place itself is great. The room is very big and gets good light. There’s shared laundry in the basement which is free to use. Our backyard is pretty big and we have space on the porch to hang out as well.
Street parking if you have a car.
We are located near the Davis Square stop on the redline and it’s 15 minute walk away.
Rent is $1,142 and first month and a security deposit (same amount as rent) are needed to move in. Gas, electric and wifi bills total around $150-$200 depending on the season.
Our landlord is super helpful and quick to respond.
