During run tracking, my new OnePlus Watch 4 reports my average heart rate to be anywhere from 195 to 205 bpm.

I'm no medical expert, but if this really was the case, I probably wouldn't even be alive to be complaining about this issue especially since I sometimes run for more than an hour.

I understand that you're not buying this watch for its sensor accuracy, but to be so far off as to be completely worthless?

Any thoughts? I've tried having the watch on tighter as in like a notch away from cutting off total blood flow.
