Ps. Our lad walks well but when he's got just his fish tail wide collar it's hard to move him along. Those sniffs are grrrrreat! Keep reading that choke chains are awful for lurchers but can't see anything damaging his neck as he doesn't bolt and rarely strains. The choke chain is mostly slack because he walks so well yet I see massive dogs almost dragging their owners along in a harness.

He always has his fishtail padded collar on when outside with tag. Choke sits above mostly even though he likes to shake it down. Clever lad

What are people using? He's only 15 months so still training btw.

I'm a gardener by trade and usually weed anything that I consider out of place. My gf however has kindly brought to my attention the importance of native plants (weeds). So now when they magically pop up in a place where very little else would grow I celebrate with a big smile. Nature is awesome!
