how do you guys seriously do this
i couldn’t continue more than 4 days my chest was so tight and every time i stood up i couldn’t see for nearly 1 minute

i still took my vitamins and iron aswell as electrolytes while on this fast but nothing works idk how i could have managed the whole 14 days
