Disqualified content
I am close to having five videos disqualified and the appeals denied, meaning I am soon going to be kicked out of the Creator Rewards Program. The reason they give me is "unoriginal", and in the support ticket replies, they are implying I am using others' content. I film all my videos myself, and I am the only person in them. I use the built-in editor and hit record.
Last month, my content really started getting decent views, and my follower base grew (to 50K last month, already 54K as of today), and I made $500 in July. It could have been more, but on 7/18 they dropped my RPM to $0.00. That is another issue for another day.
The only other thing that has happened is that two impersonator accounts popped up (followers told me), and I reported them, only to get a reply that my report was denied.
My content is lip-syncing to songs, but in the style of friends/roommates having a conversation to the lyrics. One typically lip-syncs while the other reacts. The singer has a hat on, no glasses; the reactor has no hat, with glasses on. I consider it "musical comedy" for lack of a better term. My account name is in my profile.
So, I guess my point in posting is to ask if anyone else has experienced this, have you been kicked out, reinstated, or just kept on going without being in the program?
