17 (m) currently in a calorie surplus around 3.5k calories per day and 150 G protein. Consistently hitting the gym to improve muscle mass. Also on accutane to improve skin. Have only been very consistent with eating and gym for 1 month. Please give brutal advice what to do both “soft maxing” and harder ways. All help is appreciated and take the piss if it please you
