I was just given a slow cooker and I’m a terrible cook.

I have the gift of burning, over-spicing, and under-cooking… you name it. Jealous?

Please break down your simplest recipe and how to use the cooker so I’ll hopefully experience some success. I love beans and stews.

OR if there’s a must-have cookbook, etc. - that’s great too. Life is getting too expensive to eat out anymore.

Limit to working?

I’ve been taking 50mg for 4 weeks now and at first it was great in that i became apathetic to drinking but side effects were a lot on stomach upset and headache. I’m still taking and although side effects have improved there seems to be no help on the cravings and I’m drinking again through it. I don’t even want to drink.

Naltrexone is working but I feel like crud.

Hey All, I just started taking it two weeks ago and it’s been amazing at killing cravings and haven’t had a drop of alcohol. But I’ve had a constant headache that Tylenol won’t touch and my stomach has been hurting/nauseous. I’d hate to stop the medication because of side effects- it’s really helped me otherwise. Does it get better?
