As the title says, my current billy team is Silly/Lucia/Koleda. I havent been sure about koleda for a while and thats why i pulled for norma, but John Zenless sent me to hyper hell and i dont have her, what could i use

Why is my filament coming out like this?

Recently bought an ender PLA value pack from amazon, i've bought it before and didnt have any problem. But this time any print comes out looking like this or just forms a blob. Any tips or fixes i can try?
