While all of us (except that one commenter who is clearly her burner) have had issues with her over the years, now that she has no contact with Tommy—and seemingly isn’t screwing with Brent—I’m good with this news. She’s great for the budget, and can do well for the smaller sports. As long as she stays out of basketball and football’s way, she can be good for us. BEAR DOWN!!! 🐻 ⬇️ 🏜️
As background, my four-year old son and I play a pizza game before bed. The goal is to make pizzas for customers. It’s a mix of speed and accuracy to get the biggest tips and the most customers. Also, I use a power chair, and my son loves riding on my lap. This image is from the game, not related to the story (no screenshot of that, sorry!)
My son has the most fun—laughing like no other!—when we burn all of the pizzas we make for customers. He loves seeing the customers’ angry reactions, and we record any time there’s a new reaction we haven’t seen before. We learned that if you quit the game right before the day ends, it doesn’t save your progress, so you can burn as many pizzas as you like without hurting your stats or in-game cash :). Going into a game we decide whether it’s going to be a “burn day” or a “real day”.
We were playing a “burn day” the other night, and a customer in a wheelchair came into the shop. Unprompted by me, he said, “let’s not burn her pizza Daddy. Let’s make her the best pizza ever!” We burned/ruined/destroyed/didn’t deliver every single other pizza that level. But the woman in the wheelchair got her correct order, as quickly as we possibly could make it, with extra cheese. Oh, and an elderly gentleman with a walker came in the next burn day, and we made his pizza perfectly, too. Proud Daddy moment for sure!
