Player 1 claimed longest Roads card with 13 roads. Player 2 also makes 13 roads but cannot claim it. Player 3 comes in, uses the card "remove open road" for player 1, player one has 12 roads now and then player 3 makes 13 roads and takes the longest road card thus claiming the two points and ending the game. Is that possible?

Ps we are playing seafarers + cities and knights
