Hi! Has anyone here successfully obtained Albania’s Digital Mobile Worker / Unique Permit while applying from outside Albania?

I’m Egyptian, working remotely as an independent contractor for a Dubai-based company, earning around $2,000/month. I’m trying to clarify a few practical requirements before spending money on the application:

• Did your contract explicitly state that you work remotely/location-independently?
• What health insurance did you use, and did you have to pay for a full year upfront?
• What did you provide as proof of accommodation before arriving?
• Did you need an Albanian bank account before approval?
• Any unexpected requirements or reasons for rejection?
