looking for apartments
can someone give me some options/recommendations on affordable studios or 1bed/1bath around $1100?
mini rant: i’ve been looking for weeks and i’m lowkey frustrated with some of these property managers. how do you expect me to pay an application fee before viewing an apartment?? like is this a new thing and then when i do, it’s an oh! sorry since you took so long the place has been taken off the market. then some others are saying that it’s refundable when in reality how would it be refundable. all i wanna do is check out the property/room to make sure it’s a good fit. like bruh, the last time i toured places was back in 2024 and no one required an application before viewing a room. i feel like i’m tripping but maybe it’s bc i’m just frustrated on trying to find a place.
