just a shoutout to the community (charlotte show)
i am still buzzing from friday night in charlotte. the show was obviously amazing and zay was on fire, but i can't get over how great the crowd was. everyone i talked to or even stood next to was so sweet and welcoming and friendly. like to an almost hilarious degree. just so on brand.
i was talking with a security guard after the show and he said it was the nicest, most polite crowd he'd ever seen at the fillmore. i talked to a bartender later on in the evening who said something similar. the security guy said he even saw a few people picking up trash.
none of this was surprising in any way, but i just wanted to share and say it was really nice to be with some of y'all in person for such a beautiful evening.
those of y'all who haven't gotten to see the tour yet, you are in for a really special time. i'm a little jealous.
