When driving south on 440 from Ave C over towards Pulaski St, if you look to your right, you can see what looks like a new road with a center concrete island being built. Parallel to 440, where the storage tanks used to be, and just north of Russell Golding Park. Any ideas on what it’s for?

Anyone have an idea why the township created a center turn lane on North Bay Avenue a few months ago (eliminating the shoulders), and now they changed it back to a double yellow with shoulders?

Has anyone noticed that anywhere else in town?
