LifeLabs are filthy and the clerks are rude

Recently attended a LifeLabs location and loathed it.
Except for the tech, she and every other tech I’ve met there are wonderful!

- The data entry clerk sitting up by check in was rude.

- The bathroom where I was supposed to provide a urine sample was gross. Bits of toilet paper scattered on the floor, a patient’s urine sample sitting beside the sink, and an empty bottle of handwashing soap lying above the taps. Plus the incessant knocking on the door of an elderly woman who needed to pee.
Why is there just one loo for some of the busiest locations?
It’s barbaric!
Gross.

I’m not supposed to use anything on my face with CPAP?

Trying different masks out. Asked the tech whether my rosacea topical and retinol stuff would be ok with my mask. She replied, “ You can’t put anything on your face or the seal will be compromised.”

Is anyone who uses moisturizers/ prescription lotions/creams aware of work arounds for this?
