I recently decided I wanted to learn how to do my makeup better. This is a pretty standard daily makeup look for me. One has a slightly darker lip that I’m not sure about so I would love any general suggestions as well as any about finding a lip color that suits me.

I have on primer, concealer on my chin, color corrector under my eyes, a translucent ish powder, eyeliner, mascara, blush, and lipgloss. The first pic is with the gloss applied and wiped off for just a bit of pigment, and the second pic is with the gloss on normally.

I’ve been using a deck that I bought and across most of the cards the recall timings seem backwards. Almost always good is the shortest, then hard, then again, and finally easy. Why is this happening and what can I do about it?
